Salary: $79,379 - $97,018/annually.
The posted salary reflects the full pay range for this position. Offers made to qualified candidates will be made within this range and will be determined by various factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors that would be critical to success in this role.
Building Info: The Rise on Madison is a 250 unit high rise located in the First Hill neighborhood in Seattle. The building is comprised of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Office of Housing, and Commerce.
Position Overview: As the Property Manager, you will manage the overall operations of The Rise, including maximizing occupancy levels and property values as well as building and cultivating a strong and motivated team. The Property Manager also creates a positive experience for the residents, associates, and clients. You will work directly with outside agencies providing services and case management to residents and will act as a liaison with Plymouth employees at Blake House and other external stakeholders. Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. The final schedule is to be determined by the supervisor.Your Impact:
