Job Description

Looking for a meaningful opportunity to assist individuals in times of need? We're seeking friendly and motivated Customer Service Representatives to support a 24/7 contact center, assisting individuals affected by humanitarian events and disaster declarations. This is a remote position with provided training and equipment. The initial assignment is for three months, with the possibility of extension. Full-time employees will work assigned 8-hour shifts.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls and provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to individuals seeking support.

Address customer questions and concerns while delivering excellent service.

Perform data entry for individuals and households impacted by emergencies and disasters.

Follow procedures to ensure accurate information is recorded and processed.

What You Need to Succeed:

Reliable high-speed internet at home.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in using a laptop and navigating online systems.

Ability to follow instructions for logging into systems and setting up accounts.

Capability to create and securely manage passwords.

Basic data entry skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work assigned shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen (Green card holders are not eligible).

Must pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) background and credit check (conducted by FEMA). Candidates with certain criminal or credit issues may not be eligible for this position.
