Job Title: UX Strategist

Duration: Starts on a minimum of 3-6 months contract (This will be extended next year)

Location: Fully Onsite in Juno Beach Florida

MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO OF DESIGNS -

MUST HAVE WORKED ON MULTI PLATFORM (MOBILE, WEB, AND AI INCORPORATED DESIGNS)

MUST HAVE HCD EXPERIENCE ( UX STRATEGY, JOURNEY MAPS, PERSONAS)

Mode of Interview: 1 st round virtual, 2nd /final round could be onsite for a meet and greet (not yet confirmed.)

Minimum of 5 YEARS EXP

Must have a LinkedIn. Must have a FLORIDA ADDRESS

Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience UX Strategist

We're looking for a collaborative Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience Architect to help us build amazing digital experiences. You'll use HCD methods to ensure our applications succeed by creating personas, journey maps, and leading user testing.

Your main goal is to align business needs with digital solutions to create products that users love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Testing: Conduct usability tests and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Strategy & Collaboration: Develop personas and journey maps. Work with business and IT partners to synthesize insights and shape the strategic application vision.
• Problem-Solving: Use root cause analysis to identify and address challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in digital strategy or user experience.
• Strong understanding of HCD principles.
• Proven ability to create and execute digital strategies.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
