Job Title: PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTAC Hospital
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: PRN Day and Night Shifts (7a 7p / 7p 7a) About the Role Our Long-Term Acute Care hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct patient support and assist the nursing team. This role is ideal for CNAs with prior LTAC experience who want flexible scheduling while working with patients requiring complex, long-term care.
Responsibilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, input/output, and patient observations.
- Provide mobility assistance, including turning, repositioning, and safe patient transfers.
- Support nurses with basic patient care tasks and procedures.
- Maintain patient comfort and a safe care environment.
- Accurately document care provided in electronic health records.
Requirements - Active CNA certification in Oklahoma.
- Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital (required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Flexible availability for PRN 12-hour day or night shifts.
