How You’ll Shine

As an On-Site Delivery Associate, you are a part of a team that ensures guests have a wonderful experience while relaxing and enjoying their vacation at The Smoky Mountains.

Together with a fun and caring team, you’ll:

  • Deliver requested item(s) to guest units (coffee, linen, terry, kitchen items, etc.) 

  • Correct any cleaning issues requested by the guest after housekeeping hours

  • Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels of inventory

  • Remove trash or inventory from outside of units as needed.

  • Respond appropriately to guest request to ensure complete guest satisfaction

  • Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships

  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments

  • Ensure compliance with all Wyndham Operating Procedures

  • Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors

  • Performs other tasks as needed

  • 2nd shift

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.)

  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques

  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must be people-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed

  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work well independently or with others as needed

  • Valid Drivers License
