Are you a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams? We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, develop leads, and guide clients through the mortgage process with expertise and care.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with branches, realtors, builders, and other referral sources.

Identify and generate new mortgage loan opportunities.

Conduct interviews with loan applicants to assess their needs and financial status.

Assist clients with loan applications and guide them through the mortgage process.

Work closely with processors to ensure loan applications are complete and accurate.

Follow up with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Stay up to date on mortgage regulations, guidelines, and products.

Cross-sell additional banking products and services to deepen client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or Master's degree preferred).

2+ years of lending experience (preferred, but not required).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.

A customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours as needed.
