Reporting directly to the VP - Molecular Design, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology and AI Officer's direct reports and assist the broader team with strategic planning and special projects. This position will be remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:   + Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for corporate executives and their teams + Serve as the primary contact to confidentially handle communications, and prepare/edit documents for executives + O versee functional operations including processing expenses, and support special projects as needed + Key to this role's success will be the ability to communicate early and clearly with the executives on the AI team and enterprise wide The essential requirements of the job include:     + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline preferred + Minimum 5-10 years of executive level support in a large global c orporate environment + Polished and professional communication style, both oral and written, including impeccable accuracy in formatting + Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint software with the ability to learn new and emerging technologies + Demonstrated time management and ability to effectively multitask, juggle shifting priorities, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + 10 - 15% domestically and internationally per business needs It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:   + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on projects alone or in a group setting + Ability to learn the team's primary business objectives , and through this understanding, anticipate administrative needs + Ability to partner with other administrative professionals to manage competing needs and schedules #LI-KW4 At Danaher, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The hourly range for this role is $48.00 - $60.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range . This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
