We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with their insurance needs, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.
In this role, you will help existing customers make changes to their insurance policies, process service requests, and provide guidance on policy details. If you enjoy problem-solving, have great communication skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with professionalism and empathy.
Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
Answer customer questions about their existing insurance policies, including coverage details and policy benefits.
Work proactively to retain policyholders by offering solutions to customers at risk of cancellation.

Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM ET
Who You Are:
A strong communicator who enjoys assisting customers.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a remote setting with the discipline to manage your time effectively.
Eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
